The ST Flow is the advanced evolution of the trusted ST Stretchmaster—designed to bring uninterrupted flow, higher output, and greater flexibility to canvas production. Whether operated by a single person or in a tandem setup, ST Flow adapts to your needs with three configurable production modes. After the first stretching cycle, the ST Flow automatically ejects the half-finished canvas via an internal conveyor, freeing the shuttle for immediate reloading. This breakthrough eliminates downtime and boosts productivity, while maintaining excellent stretching quality. 3 Flexible Production Modes: 1. Classic Mode – Return to Operator Operates like the original ST Stretchmaster: Both half-finished and fully finished canvases return to the operator on the shuttle. 2. Semi-Flow Mode – Standalone with direct Throughput The half-finished canvas returns to the operator after the first cycle to fold corners. After the second cycle, the finished canvas is ejected out the back for downstream finishing. 3. Full Flow Mode – Continuous Throughput ideal for Tandem Operation The half-finished canvas is ejected automatically, allowing the shuttle to return empty. After the second pass, the finished canvas is also ejected out the back for downstream finishing.
