DTF-Printer

The DTF XP600-PRO-4HD2 system bundle consists of the XP600-PRO-4HD2 printing system and the corresponding fuser unit. The 4-head system with a maximum media width of 600 mm is designed for high to very high print volumes and is therefore ideal for business and industry. The recommended production volume is a minimum of 250 running meters per week. The XP600-PRO-4HD2 printing system impresses with its technical innovations and compact design. The print head technology used is four Epson PrecisionCore I3200-A1 print heads, which are arranged in a linear offset, enabling simultaneous color application of CMYK and white. The compact design of the printing system helps to reduce the travel distance of the print head carriage, increasing the printing speed by around 35% compared to our predecessor models. The production output of the XP600-PRO-4HD2 is around 16 m²/hour (25.6 running meters/hour) (equivalent to 2 rolls / 8 hours working day). Due to the higher production speeds as well as increased customer interest in sustainability, this printing system is offered exclusively with inks from well-known manufacturers. Depending on your requirements, you can choose from the following ink sets DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 Series or Kodacolor DTF/FTF Series. Both ink mixtures are certified according to ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®, DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 is also GOTS-certified.
